I haven't been popped by the LEO's here yet, but haven't done it much yet... But it B-L-O-W-S to sit in traffic. At a dead-stop. On the freeway. And have nothing you can do about it. That is all. but it sucks when you are going 5mph on 495 at the dc beltway during the summer at 95 f and 95% humidity, and there is no lane splitting. That's what the rear seat is for. Pop off the seat and insall it in the space below. You wouldn't need all the bulky flashy fancy decorative crap, and the heat from the exhaust should heat the water and steam the milk no problem! 8) That will take care of most of the weight problem. Second... Why surface to air?! If ya need to get through traffic, surface to surface is the way to go. But, if you MUST have SAM's, I'm sure you could figure out how to mount some rocket launchers in the intake openings or something.
