Yes, the WSBK boys are testing in Portimao.

Rossi was running solo at Misano.

He wouldn't run out there with the WSBK boys, even if he could.

No doubt.  Also, a Soup article notes that Checa mentioned that he needs to get back in the groove after riding some non-WSBK stuff.

Question: Which bear is best? and why aren't the Ducati riders using the 1198?

I'm still shaking my head over the fact that Suzuki traded Haslam for Fabrizio.

they didn't.  well, i guess after a fashion suzuki did.  alstare/batta did not.

at the time whether or not there would be a suzuki team at all was in question, or if there was going to be there were real doubts about whether it would be properly supported.  the word from suzuki was not much support was coming.

it was clear that leon deserved a factory bike.  batta stood up and did the right thing: he let leon out of his contract so he could sign with a team that for sure had factory $.

I've heard the stories.  I still find it to be a crazy move by Suzuki :)

unless they give the reigns to someone else (yoshimura), suzi doesn't seem to be very good at running road race programs anywhere...

Hmm, seems like there was another kick ass racer that Suzuki made a horrible decision over... it's on the tip of my tongue, rhymes with ten keys.... gm2 any ideas?
