I was going to ride my M620, and you guys know that when you turn the key to on, the dashboard lights up and the needles go up and down, and you can hear the fuel pump priming.
Well, this time, I turned the key to on, I believe I heard like a "click" and nothing happened. The dash didn't lighted up, the needles didn't move. Nothing at all. Tried to start it, but it was dead. The button did nothing. Besides, without the pump working, it wouldn't start lol.
Thought it was my battery, had a friend come over with his Monster, put my battery into his Monster and it fired up on the first try without any issues. So, I think I could discard the battery being the problem (Besides, I just bought it like 3 weeks ago).
So, what could it be? Maybe a blown fuse? Some relay? What tips could you guys give on what to check and how to do it? I'm not mechanically challenged, but I have the hardest of times dealing with electrical parts.
Thanks in advance!
I'd check the main fuse near the battery. It's like a 30 or 40 amp fuse.
check the basics? bike in neutral? ignition switch set to run? kickstand switch? if the yellow led light goes to steady on after you tried to start it, then its could be an immobilizer issue.

While you're down there, check your battery grounding cable and its connection.
Also check the "main switch" fuse in the fusebox. Don't just look, test them with a meter.
If it's your ecu, I have one for a 620 for sallllleeee. But yeah, check the fuses and relays
