I am stuck in my house. I can't really get out 'cos of the snow/ice. I am glad I went to work this morning, as I think I would have gone stir-crazy had I not gotten out a bit today. I am located near St. Louis, MO.
Who else is stuck?
Just getting snow and wind up in eastern IA, so not stuck. It looks pretty bad to the south.
mitt
it's bad here in Dallas. I drove home in this shit today and it was solid ice with snow on top. I'm bored to death.
I was out today, and a bank teller actually asked me if I rode my bike today.

I'm near Houston and they are predicting snow here Thursday night into Friday. :o
How much snow?
North of Milwaukee, and as I'm typing this, I think my windows are going to crash in. The house is shaking and sounds like kids are throwing bb's at the siding. 50mph wind gusts with 18" of snow. I'd still rather be here than NY-east coast.
I'm stuck up der in Minnesota ya know ah my flight to Milwaukee was cancelled, trying to get back to green bay.
Everyone going stir crazy? Aaack!!! I hate this winter!!!
Bring it on, the snowmobile trails could use a new layer. ;D

I would love a snow mobile if it snowed enough consistently enough each winter here.
I spent 2 plus hours shoveling the 3 feet of snow off the flat roof over the family room extension Monday morning
so when the rain and sleet (currently happening) would not soak into it like it was a dry sponge
It was like doing 3 or 4 driveways
It would be nice if we could get a few 40 degree days
this winter has been a lot of climatic suckage
I have been running "Snowpocalypse 2011" updates non-stop on my Facebook page all day. I think we got the mutant hybrid snowman magma zombies under controlled but the 12 inch drifts may just end mankind as we know it.
My sister lives in Lansing and just said they've gotten 6" of snow in about 5 hours so far.
I am tired of shoveling...I want a flame-thrower for the driveway and walks
Keep waiting for a text message from Satan welcoming me to his new wing of hell
and advising me this is my new eternity
i've tried the flamethrower thing... it doesn't work as well as it should ;)
it's been snowing here since xmas

Have you been checking his Facebook updates and/or tweets?
There is some valuable info there plus his little dog did fine at the vet today as he said in this direct quote. "OMG fluffy only has gas the vet said the breathing flames thing will go away soon lol"
I have about 5 inches of some sleet type substance and now it's raining, which sounds nice in comparison except for the fact it 21 degrees out.
well we haven't even crawled/clawed our way out of this ice storm and already they are talking about another snow storm on Saturday

If you guys are hating the snow that passed us by here in Colorado, just wait until this -20 cold front that we have here now gets to you.
Might as well take the battery out of your bike, and bring your electric riding gloves into work with you.
BC.

battery has been out for some time as I've already had into the negative double digits
It's those mornings when the seat heaters in my car feel extra good,
It's crazy too, the glow plug light still only stays on for about 2 seconds and then the car fires right up.
Fuel economy drops into the low to mid 40's though in the bitter cold. Damn you winter! 8) [cheeky]
