You're right about the side view. They need to take the flat area of the tank that connects to the frame and paint it black.  Then lower the headlight and get rid of the chrome pill shaped object next to the oil tank

A friend, Mark, built really nice example - he does very good work.  Pretty special model with something north of 40 HP.
