Saw this on one of Radical's Ducatis. Anyone have any info? This would make adjusting belt tension a breeze. No more fiddling with the vertical belt cover. Two allen bolts and you're there.

Looks just like a set of covers for a 900 with Plex replacements.

uh... you still gotta remove the belt cover to replace the belt before tensioning....

Some people tension them in between replacements.

This.
I've noticed my belts start singing around 3k once the engine warms up. This is after I tightened up a 1000 mile old set. Think I might have cinched them down a bit tight. I can
just get a 5mm in there with a bunch of wiggling (620). Should the allen wrench slide right under the roller in a smooth pass?

Is something like this commercially available or DIY only?

On a used belt the allen should move through easily. Sounds like they are a bit tight.

The plexi replacements would have to be DIY, but I don't think the 620 covers have that opening and the 900 covers won't fit.
Bellissimoto sells some for the 620,but they dont have the opening fot the adjusters.

I'm assuming that is a DIY job. It was the covers for a 900 that had those ports. I'm not sure if 900 covers will fit another 2v though - I just don't know. But doing what they did there would be pretty easy. Just clean up the covers and hit them with some paint. Remove the port cover, trace it onto some plexi and make the windows. No biggy.
