The crew of the Space Shuttle Discovery got a very special wake up call this AM from William Shatner doing a modified version of the "Space the final frontier..." monologue to honor Discovery's 30 year run as the most traveled space vehicle in human history.
I'm sure it was an amazing moment to remember for the crew! Safe return Discovery!

"Jot down some notes... glance over the checklist... yeah, yeah, I do this shit everyday... Anybody seen my coffee?"

I think a little differently. My thought is what a great day to remember for an actor... to be able to talk to astronauts while they are in space.
but likely pretty cool for someone either way. ;D
