Title: Liz Taylor passed away
Post by: akmnstr on March 23, 2011, 06:40:22 AM
Liz is gone http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110323/ap_en_ot/us_obit_taylor (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110323/ap_en_ot/us_obit_taylor)  Just last week I rented one of her classic films from Netflix, In a Golden Eye.  A beauty with incredible talent.  I will always remember you as Maggie the cat in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.  I've wondered about all her marriages.  Did it mean that she couldn't find true happiness or did she not know what she was looking for.  I hope that she is happy in her final rest.

I remember when I was but a lad of 8 or 9 finding a magazine with pictures of her in it.

I don't know why , but I had to go to the bathroom , lock the door ......and stare at those boobs !

I always thought especially in my pre 20 year old years that she was the prettiest " Movie Star ."

Rest in Peace   Miss Taylor.

I always thought she should have stayed married to Eddie Fisher , although he was a Cad.

I find drama like this to be much more dramatic and powerful than dozens of car chases, explosions, and shoot outs.  It hits you right in the guts.
