I had that happen twice in Florida but it was in a roundabout. THOSE were close calls. There were signs indicating "NO LEFT TURN and the curb is there to direct drivers right only! D*mn bluehairs!! >:( It happened recently getting off of the 51 highway. A car heading right at me going down the off ramp against traffic. How the hell?!
