I feel it's about time I go ahead and get my valves adjusted. Most things I try to do myself but this is one I'd rather not tackle alone. So if there's someone experienced with it here that would be willing to assist me I might go that route.
Otherwise what's a local shop that does a good job with that? I know Silverback/Ducati Minn. probably does the best job of it but they are probably the most expensive too.
Any advice/insight on this subject would be appreciated.

$530 for 4 shims and 1 half-ring ;)
I also had them check out my braking issues. As I suspected they did confirm that I had a warped rotor. So now I'm looking for a new set.
Did you get new belts at the same time?
