Title: Service options for valve adjustment Post by: daftduc on April 07, 2011, 02:29:16 PM I feel it's about time I go ahead and get my valves adjusted. Most things I try to do myself but this is one I'd rather not tackle alone. So if there's someone experienced with it here that would be willing to assist me I might go that route.
Otherwise what's a local shop that does a good job with that? I know Silverback/Ducati Minn. probably does the best job of it but they are probably the most expensive too. Any advice/insight on this subject would be appreciated. Title: Re: Service options for valve adjustment Post by: atomic410 on April 08, 2011, 05:24:19 AM you get what you pay for at duc mpls. Anthony and Fred know what they are doing. IMHO

IMHO +1 on silverback. Title: Re: Service options for valve adjustment Post by: daftduc on April 23, 2011, 06:32:40 PM $530 for 4 shims and 1 half-ring ;)
I also had them check out my braking issues. As I suspected they did confirm that I had a warped rotor. So now I'm looking for a new set. Title: Re: Service options for valve adjustment Post by: minnesotamonster on April 25, 2011, 10:08:28 AM Did you get new belts at the same time?
