hubs are the same size, but the S2R/S4R is a 5.5" rear wheel, the M1100 is a 6"

will the 5.5 rim fit a 180 tire like whats on the m1100?

They're both 5.5". Both use a 180 tire. Not sure about hub sizes.

thats just the rear wheel, dont forget about the front. Is the bolt spacing 5 or 6 and what offset rotors do you need is another question.

bolt spacing is 5 on the m1100 and 6 on s2r/s4r up to 06. they went to 5 bolts on 07 s4r's . . . but offset may be different too.
