I am about to put a blue rear spring and would like to get rid of as much yellow back there as possible.
Can you paint the little yellow shock bumper on the rear shock?
What is it made of?
How easy is it to take off?
I am going to assume everyone knows what I am talking about. I will try to add a pic in a few.

it's delrin or something like that... maybe a rubber based paint like you put on tool handles?
ooo I could dye it along with my belt covers then. That is if I can get it off.
To get it off without cutting it, you have to disassemble the shock.

Yes.
It's not Delrin, it's a hard foam rubber.
Perhaps a Sharpie?
I wouldn't go with at it with any paint, if it falls apart due to chemical attack...you're back in the situation hackers2r described.
Alternatively, see if you can get one in a different color. It's just a bumper.

Racetech carries replacement ones as well, not sure about what colors though.
I found it funny that the Sachs one is yellow but all the Ohlins one's are black :p
