He was a very talented artist and an avid Ducati fan who will be sorely missed. If I believed in a supreme being I'd say "Godspeed" or something corny, but as I don't, I'll restrain myself to condolences, which I've already rendered to his wife.
Those of you who knew Darrel should count yourselves lucky. Those of you who didn't should get out and try to find someone with whom to share a ride today. Life is short.
