i know that some people hate the idea of it... but for me, the more electronic guardian angels i have to keep me from being... well... me, the happier i am. and every abs system seems to be defeatable so i'm not sure why some people are still against it. I'm right there with you. ABS is a very useful safety tool (both to save me from myself & from other drivers) and you can always just flip a switch and turn it off. stopping distance of an early version of ABS (honda i think). given that on my best day, he could leave me standing, i'm gonna say bring on the electronic aids. Title: Re: Abs standard on all 2012 BMW models Post by: muskrat on April 21, 2011, 07:22:08 AM I see the point and respect the option but for me I'll pass on ABS. I want the option of NOT being charged to have it on there even though it can be turned off. Too many nanny's now.
