[.img][/.img] <=== when you do that code will come up. in the middle of the 2 brackets place the url for the picture you are trying to post so example would be [.img]http://www.webbikeworld.com/ducati-motorcycles/monster-696/ducati-monster-696-right.jpg[/.img]
