I hate shopping for this stuff because there's a ton of options and I'm never sure which is a good way to go.
My shop will need 2 phone lines with long distance and a dedicated fax line. Need high speed internet as well. I think we have 5mbps at home and it works great.
I see Verizon offers FIOS in my area, but I know nothing about it.
Time Warner cable is the other major player in my area.
Any advice on what I should be looking for?

whichever is cheaper and requires no contract. ;D

I wouldn't buy into a high end business plan for right now because your actual needs are, and will remain, small for a while.
When you start having large cad files flying around back and forth you can upgrade. That would be another plan feature I'd have built in.
