That a rider should (most of the time) try to be as "invisible" to the bike as possible and let it do it's thing, only providing minimal input when needed. ....loose arms, flexible and relaxed upper body, etc.

The bike was going REALLY slow for a guy in full leathers & boots to be able to catch up to it. The other 2 bikes weren't going much faster. Note the reflection of artificial lighting on his helmet.

Derby is the resident all knowing board member, but he's usually found in racing/trackdays and other sections of the board. Whenever someone posts a link to something that exists elsewhere on these forums, Derby will point out and correct your mistake rather quickly. He's a good book of moto knowledge as well.
