FWIW, I bought the wrong sprag clutch based on the '00 parts diagrams, which then didn't fit, but I was able to disassemble the new and old sprags and put together something that fits and works (and has continued to work fine for ~200,000km now). The pawls and springs from the new-but-different sprag fitted fine into the carrier/endplates of the old one. big (do you want a copy of the pdf?) Title: Re: 1998 M750 parts fiche?
