Did you expect any different from BMW. Their designs have always been aesthetically challenged.

This is not from BMW, just one guy's take on it. I kind of like it. But that's just me. :-*

It had some possibilities, dig the old-school paint, the seat and rear mudguard is just plain ugly. Not sure what to call it but it's not a street fighter.

I don't care enough about the S1000RR to think they've butchered it by making it into that thing.  I just don't.  

But the part I like about it is that it's so weird looking and so damn ugly, it'd be worth riding around.  If only to grin like an idiot as people gawk at you in horror.   It's like havin' a bright pink bike.  It's fun to rock out on something that absurd.

Okay some say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but this bike proves that (_!_) ugly is there for all to see.

luckily that thing is a screamer. Hopefully wont be sitting still to often.

yeap that version of a streetfighter s1000 is horrible i think someone did one that was a lot better basically like a half faired version that was different but 10x better than the version shown above.

Let's please stop referring to "it" as a streetfighter. The only thing it will ever be fighting is the ugly stick that keeps being cracked all over it.

I guess the Christian groups are right and the end of the world is near for anyone to put "streetfighter" and that thing in the same sentence.  That's about as opposite as you can get..... reminds me of the scooter from Quadrophenia.

edit: I just noticed that this was actually originally posted on Hell for Leather which labeled it as a BMW S1000RR CLASSIC.. no mention of anyone referring it to a streetfighter, but then again I'm not a subscriber so I can't see the full write up.

That bike is alarmingly wrong in most every way.

I like it except for the fringe.
