Title: Re: Mods vs. Rockers - Bal'mer style Post by: Slide Panda on May 29, 2011, 08:23:38 AM That's what they are hoping for. Last year was the first and way bigger than they had hoped.

Title: Re: Mods vs. Rockers - Bal'mer style Post by: The Mad King Pepe' on August 23, 2011, 03:19:49 PM Looks like Irene might ruin the party. I think I might head to Cycles of Silver Spring ( http://www.cyclesofsilverspring.com/events/ (http://www.cyclesofsilverspring.com/events/) ) for "Chop for the Cure" instead. Quote: "Hooters girls bike wash, food, music, and stunt show"! ;D [evil]

Title: Re: Mods vs. Rockers - Bal'mer style Post by: Statler on August 23, 2012, 09:37:28 AM I suppose I should go for a little bit as it's 3.5 miles from my house. [roll]

Took franks bike to the Doc and the prognosis is grim. And I smashed the living hell out of my thumb - nothing like dripping blood from under your nail in a parking lot. Great way to start my day. Title: Re: Mods vs. Rockers - Bal'mer style Post by: tocino on August 27, 2012, 09:50:30 AM Yep. Took a spin up for a look-see. A lot more bikes this year. Good selection of mainly vintage bikes in the show - but thumbs up to the guy who put a MV Brutale into the Euro section! Lots of Triumphs old and new. There was a pretty neat Triumph TRW (500cc twin cyl military bike). Original paint. It's a WWII design, but I think he said his was a '62.
