Title: Camera and GPS mounts for 696? Post by: metroplex on June 10, 2011, 11:41:11 AM Does anyone have any recommendations for a good camera solution (Go Pro HD?) and a GPS mount solution for the 696? I see a bunch of different Go Pro products and I'm not sure which one I want.
For a GPS, I have a bunch of Tom Tom's that have resistive touch screens which work with gloves. I also have a Droid 2 but the screen is capacitive. Title: Re: Camera and GPS mounts for 696? Leave some extra inside the glove so it will touch your finger.

Post by: speedknot on June 11, 2011, 06:39:43 AM I got the RAM mount system for my Garmin Nuvi and camera. This is a rock solid system and it has a ton of options. I got the mount that fits in the mirror threads. I have bar end mirrors so the stock stem wasn't used and made a perfect mount location. RAM components aren't cheap but the best price and service I found was GPSCity.com I'll post pics when I get the chance.
