I was just telling some friends about that movie the other day over beers. Not sure they believed me that it exists. I need to rent it some day just to check it out. Hmmm... probably when the family isn't around. Just sayin'. :P

I'm sure that was one of the many things discussed before we realized the restaurant had been closed for quite some time and the staff might have wanted to go home

Thing is, I can see this becoming widespread in the future as population increases and food dwindles.  :P

Reconstituted feces.  I think I ate that once in a "bean" burrito from Taco Bell about 12 years ago.

12 years ago was when there was actual food in Taco Bell food  :)

Taco Bell meat hydrated enhanced animal protein product is 36% 88% meat

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_Simon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julian_Simon)
QuoteSimon argues that our notions of increasing resource-scarcity ignore the long-term declines in wage-adjusted raw material prices. Viewed economically, he argues, increasing wealth and technology make more resources available; although supplies may be limited physically they may be viewed as economically indefinite as old resources are recycled and new alternatives are developed by the market.
