Anyone looking to do any work on your bike, eat my food, and drink my beer, clear your schedule for July 16th. I'm holding a cookout/mod day at my place up in Baltimore. All the details are on the Baltimore Area Ducati Facebook group, or just show up at my place at 2805 Pinewood Ave, Baltimore, MD 21214 at around 11 am. You can show up earlier but I will put you to work.
If you do plan on wrenching on anything, post it here so I can make sure the tools are available to do so.
#Winning. I'm in. Will have some wheel striping tape with me if you're up for it and potentially blacking out the forks. Can't think of anything else to do to her at this point unless I find a Hyper rear wheel.
Hey Ted, I have some nice oil absorbtion mats for cleaning up spilled chemicals, solvents, oil, etc if you want to hook up at some point beforehand for to get you a few to have for the event...I will not be attending as I'll be leaving for Vermont that morning....
Think I might come up, just for the fun of it. I've got some new bearings to put in, but a set might not arrive in time and I'm going to try to do the front this week.

Indeed I did! The pizza place near us isn't nearly as good as the one by you though...
It's possible I'm out. My license place took a flying leap off the back of my bike on rt7 in a really bad place to attempt a rescue so it was left. So that leaves me without tags unless I can manage to get into the DMV before the weekend.

I rode for a month once without a plate. Got pulled over once, told the officer the story, went on my merry way. I dunno if you're sporting the testicular fortitude to try it, but the opportunity is there :)
Do you have a MityVac or other brake bleeding accoutrement?

Considering my recent 'discussion' with a VA statey I'm not overly excited my the idea of tempting fate. I'll see what I can do about it... but no plate = no go for me.

I have a vacuum bleeder, yes :) Might need to grab some petroleum jelly though, it's tough to get a great seal around the bleed valves without it.
Ted, do you have anything to support the bike so I can change the fork oil?
Out unless I can get my rear tire changed!
FUUUCKKKKK
Told you to stop doing all those burnouts! [laugh]

I have a Ducati...they don't do burnouts.
Will be out of commission for a while. Was involved in a motorcycle accident this afternoon. Feel like shit!. Stupid cager in his stupid BMW crossing an intersection blindly as a box truck was making a left. Could have waited the 3 minutes...
Damn it!
