Took it in last week for the exact same thing they said was fixed. Argh! Hard as hell to get it into gear and especially back into neutral. When I got the bike back from Ducati last Sat, they said there was some air that got into the clutch. So, when I rode it home, it felt like the clutch was taking awhile to engage when I was letting it out. It started to get better over the few days ice had it but now hard to shift into neutral again when I parked it.
Any clues?
Still under warranty so no charge last week. I'm going to need it towed though this time. PITA!
not sure about your dealer, but mine (trebour in nj) towed mine for free under the ducati roadside assistance. she said that as long as they dont go over $250 it's fine, so she just put the bill at $250 and sent the van around and also brought it back for me.
try calling your dealer and see if they'll do that for you?
They did it for free last year when I had a problem with it. So, that leads me to another problem I have. This Duc aleady has about 18K miles on it. Bought new 2/10. I've had 4 or 5 things wrong with it that shouldve been caught at Ducati, i.e.: loose parts, etc. Makes me think its a Friday special. I hear that they (the factory) has been slacking.
Soooo, how'd it go? Did you get any clutch love IZ?
