Title: CLUTCH COVERS
Post by: DarkMonster620 on July 05, 2011, 07:38:29 AM
Hey guys,

Have a friend that needs to replace the clutch cover on his 2004 M620 and has found a clutch cover in *bay for a S2R800, question is: 'Are they fully  interchangeable?"

Thanks need answer ASAP so to tell friend to purchase or not. He's has a small hairline crack and is leaking oil and noone down here 'feels like trying to repair it'.

Thanks

Carlos

I'm not 100%, but pretty sure they do. The share most of their part number 243.2.028 - the '04 620 ends in .2AC and the 05 S2R800 ends with .4AC. I've seen parts that I know fit from different models have a different last digit set which seems (again not 100% sure) to be color code related.

thanks, yes, the one on *bay looks to be gold in color ... but read, well actually had this thing translate from italian to english that they do have something different inside of them ... the translator wasn't 100% but, i did understand something like that ..

once again thank you
