Well, my first run delayed the bust till 2040.

I'll try again later to see if I can make my results more betterer.

Didn't get past the part where they wanted my personal information.  Also Malwarebytes found a couple presents left in the temporary interwebs files after my nightly computer scan.

Well, you can just ignore the personal information request.

On the other hand, even if you make all the cuts it allows (choosing the largest cut of any "conflicting" options), and add all the taxes it allows (not taking into account any political realities, just bottom dollar), I could only get it to last until 2046.

That is weird, I got it to a sustainable budget and no debt after 10 years on the first try....  I didn't cut everything, or raise all taxes, I picked and choose what I thought were good cuts and moderate revenue increases.
