Title: Puig Windscreen Glare Post by: timeforpoptarts on July 16, 2011, 03:47:44 AM After seeing another photo of a bike with a similar aftermarket windscreen I decided to pull the trigger and bought one off Monster Parts. After the installation and a little riding, I noticed that there is a significant amount of glare coming up from the front head light. At night this is even more distracting. I don't think that I installed this wrong, took off stock windscreen and put on the instrument panel cover, does anyone have a solution to this?
I am not sure if there is some kind of headlamp fairing/cover for the M796 that would prevent this issue. Title: Re: Puig Windscreen Glare Post by: asherrick on July 16, 2011, 04:01:17 AM I noticed the same thing when I tried a Barracuda windscreen, though I never installed the instrument cover, which might have helped. Sounds like you will need to get creative on this one.
