Title: ariete 90 deg valve stems Post by: ducatiz on July 16, 2011, 08:10:52 PM I want to put these on my Oscam wheels on my Alazzurra
Anyone have a set on hand they can measure the threaded bit that goes into the wheel? From the end of the threads to the Oring. I need 9mm plus the nut which I figure to be about 14-15mm, and they seem a lot shorter than that. thanks Title: Re: ariete 90 deg valve stems Post by: Howie on July 17, 2011, 04:49:43 AM I might have straight valves (not Ariete) that might fit so you can get on the road for now. 8.3 or 11.3 wide?
No info on length, but maybe you can call: http://www.throttleworx.com/Ariete_Racing_Valve_Stems_s/561.htm (http://www.throttleworx.com/Ariete_Racing_Valve_Stems_s/561.htm) Title: Re: ariete 90 deg valve stems Post by: ducatiz on July 17, 2011, 05:26:50 AM I might have straight valves (not Ariete) that might fit so you can get on the road for now. 8.3 or 11.3 wide? The wheels are at the powdercoater's anyhow. I emailed acouple of sellers of the Ariete and K&L valves, so I guess I just need to wait. The wheels already have straight valves which were fine with the factory 260mm rotors, but now I've put on a set of 300mm rotors and i'd have to snake the air hose thru the rotor carrier if I wanted to fill it.. LOL. |
