A few weeks a go I went on the Monsterparts website and they were out of one of the items I wanted. I called to see how long it would take to get the item in. Jeff answered and told me he had just received an order and the mirrors I wanted should be in it somewhere. He was sorting though his order when I called. He told me to check back in a 30 minutes or so and I would be able to order them. I checked back and ordered them. There were shipped quickly (along with the other items I ordered). I appreciate the excellent customer service.

I've had great service as well, however, I thought this post was about telling Monster Parts that you personally know a broken record.
I had a similar experience just today. The part I wanted is on back-order. Jeff stated he should be getting more in either today or tomorrow. So he changed the stock amount in the system to allow me to go ahead and order my part so that as soon as it's in, he can fill it.

+1 on Jeff and Monster parts. In fact, I should have started this thread.
Jeff's attitude is so up-beat and accommodating it makes me think he stops by Starbucks every single day. ...just how many shots of espresso, I don't know...

I wish all shops were as squared away as monster parts. In fact Jeff should just create a manual to shipped out to other shops so that they can un-make the beast with two backs themselves.
