Title: 1994 M900 fuel tank - vent hose, overflow hose?
Post by: rata911 on August 11, 2011, 01:42:20 PM
Heya,

quick question: On my 1994 M900 there are three hoses below the fuel tank, one of these is leading from the tank to the fuel filter.
So I guess the other two hoses are the vent and overflow hoses, but: Which is which?  ??? Couldn't find any references or information in my wise books about that. Is there some rule of thumb maybe?

Yeah, I could try it the hard way by feeding the bike too much gasoline... or I could ask the folks @ DMF  [Dolph]

That is all.

Thx :)
Stephan

Or you could just blow through the overflow hole at the filler and see where the air comes out, but unless you have an EVAP canister on the bike it doesn't matter.
