The 33 has some construction between Lockwood Valley Road and Ventucopa, but road is intact and the area is well marked so no surprises. Lockwood is OK, other than the typical "river runs through it" sections towards the west end. As for THE MAN, the presence has been nominal...more Rangers than fuzz. You might also want to check out Cerro where it branches off from Mil Portrero (just north-west of Pine Mountain CLub). Dead ends about seven miles in but has great vistas and the pavement is reasonable. Title: Re: Condition of 33/ Cerro Noroeste?
