That's what the thing is about. It was intended to be "Hollywood" That's why it was all filmed on the Universal back-lot.

I was about to say I'd driven one of the new Fiestas.
I would have gone on to say the one I drove was a bit underpowered, but a fun and well constructed car, as far as I could tell.
And then I realized that the rental Fiesta in question has about as much to do with the car in that video as my GMC pickup does.
The video was fun. A very extremely good driver. I prefer the videos without all the glitz and CGI, though.

You guys complaining about all of the effects and such are missing the point. That's like saying the Kill Bill movies were too gory.
