This is all to create good press.  In the end it's no different from what they have now and won't make a make the beast with two backsing difference.

Ebay and paypal will still find loopholes that they don't publicize to get out of paying a make the beast with two backsing difference.

It is and always will be a buyer beware world. Ofcourse paypal sides with buyers.

Ebay Sucks, Paypal Sucks, I will not support either one.
If a company or business will not accept payment via any other method, then I simply don't purchase from them.
I have had to many friends I know get ripped by Ebay/Paypal.

I still use Paypal.

HOWEVER, I only buy from sellers with TONS of positive feedback -- recently.  That means you look at what they've done in the last 3-4 months.

Also, I email them before paying and ask for an invoice..  then ask for a phone number and call them to confirm it.  95% of the time they comply right away.

I've had one problem in the past and it was because I didn't follow my own rules.  And it was a Canadian seller (bastard)
