Probably as minimalistic as a speedo can get

Yes, I know the tires are mismatched. It had a Dunlop Sportmax Qualifier on the back too and the chain was chewing up the side of it. I have a matching front to the Pirelli MT60-R I had put on back on order.
As I understand the story, your lovely wife got it a sibling.
Still... looks like stupid-fun! [thumbsup]
Very nice. Congrats! If I had another garage where women weren't allowed I'd follow suit but my wife would find out. Must continue to pressure her [evil]

That she did, early birthday present for me. [thumbsup]
Can't tell you too much yet as it's been pouring here all day. I did do about 50-60 miles of running around that pouring rain though.
Nice! Don't get confused, I've not seen too many kick starters on that side!

I was about to ask, Never seen a kick starter on left side. ???
Yea, it's a KTM thing, might be European, Husky & Husaburg might be the same.

Nice [thumbsup]. I dont think there's anything orange I dont like.
Are you gonna keep the SM sized front wheel or go to something more off roadable?

staying with a 17", just putting the matching tire to the rear on.
Not planning on doing real hardcore offroading just the local dirt roads that the Duc doesn't care much for and occasional trails keeping in mind that I can't go balls out on them with this setup.
You'll have a blast [thumbsup]
I'm loving having my DR to keep on going where I need to turn back on the Monster [evil]
Nothing like a dual purpose bike to have a blast on; and get you into trouble [evil]
Dual purpose bikes, still one of my favorite types. Anyone else here remember running the roads on the old two smokes?
Welcome to Team Orange!! [thumbsup]

a V8 will fit so I'd drive it. Picture it looking stock like that (probably will widened steel wheels to get more rubber under it while looking stock) and something like an LS-9 in it. [thumbsup]
^^ I dont think its the colour thats the problem there... [laugh]
Is this the same car that I knew as (appropriately enough) a Gremlin?

similar, it's a Pacer.
Pacer = butt ugly! [laugh]
But the orange bike is cool. I have avoided going by the local KTM/'priller/Triumph shop for this very reason. There's a part of me that would love to have a KTM SM. [evil] Not a twin like a Hyper/Duc but a single. Just for evil, in town, street antics. [Dolph] [thumbsup]

it's great, the thing sounds and feels like a paint can is going up and down in it
even ridden slowly, I feel like I'm doing something against the law
That's a free bonus!! [laugh]
congrats on the new weapon....let the hooning begin!...and let your liscense stay in tact!

It rare to see cops on the dirt roads and weather destroyed roads I'm aiming this thing at [evil]
That looks like a fun toy. Enjoy. I have a dual purpose on my wish list for similar reasons -- to open up some of the marginal dirt roads that I don't want to take my monster on.
Want.
Got bit by the supermoto bug ha? i also have a ktm smc and i love it! enjoy the bike!
