I thought they went extinct. ;D (http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a295/giacco/P9280235.jpg) Probably as minimalistic as a speedo can get (http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a295/giacco/P9280234.jpg) now to bed with them for the night (http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a295/giacco/P9280239.jpg) Yes, I know the tires are mismatched. It had a Dunlop Sportmax Qualifier on the back too and the chain was chewing up the side of it. I have a matching front to the Pirelli MT60-R I had put on back on order. Still... looks like stupid-fun! [thumbsup] Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: muskrat on September 28, 2011, 03:08:34 PM Very nice. Congrats! If I had another garage where women weren't allowed I'd follow suit but my wife would find out. Must continue to pressure her [evil]

That she did, early birthday present for me. [thumbsup]Still... looks like stupid-fun! [thumbsup] Can't tell you too much yet as it's been pouring here all day. I did do about 50-60 miles of running around that pouring rain though. Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: the_Journeyman on September 28, 2011, 03:30:28 PM Nice! Don't get confused, I've not seen too many kick starters on that side!

Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: ungeheuer on September 28, 2011, 10:58:24 PM Nice [thumbsup]. I dont think there's anything orange I dont like.
Are you gonna keep the SM sized front wheel or go to something more off roadable? Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: lethe on September 28, 2011, 11:52:03 PM Nice [thumbsup]. I dont think there's anything orange I dont like. staying with a 17", just putting the matching tire to the rear on.Are you gonna keep the SM sized front wheel or go to something more off roadable? Not planning on doing real hardcore offroading just the local dirt roads that the Duc doesn't care much for and occasional trails keeping in mind that I can't go balls out on them with this setup. Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: ungeheuer on September 29, 2011, 12:22:33 AM You'll have a blast [thumbsup]
I'm loving having my DR to keep on going where I need to turn back on the Monster [evil] Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: dennisd on September 29, 2011, 06:30:15 AM Nothing like a dual purpose bike to have a blast on; and get you into trouble [evil]
Dual purpose bikes, still one of my favorite types. Anyone else here remember running the roads on the old two smokes? Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: rockaduc on September 29, 2011, 12:05:09 PM Welcome to Team Orange!! [thumbsup]

Picture it looking stock like that (probably will widened steel wheels to get more rubber under it while looking stock) and something like an LS-9 in it. [thumbsup]Want! Is this the same car that I knew as (appropriately enough) a Gremlin? But the orange bike is cool. I have avoided going by the local KTM/'priller/Triumph shop for this very reason. There's a part of me that would love to have a KTM SM. [evil] Not a twin like a Hyper/Duc but a single. Just for evil, in town, street antics. [Dolph] [thumbsup] Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: lethe on September 30, 2011, 02:37:07 PM Pacer = butt ugly! It rare to see cops on the dirt roads and weather destroyed roads I'm aiming this thing at [evil]Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: TwoWheels on October 02, 2011, 06:46:30 AM That looks like a fun toy. Enjoy. I have a dual purpose on my wish list for similar reasons -- to open up some of the marginal dirt roads that I don't want to take my monster on. Title: Re: The Duc was lonely so I got it a sibling Post by: Speedbag on October 02, 2011, 02:37:43 PM Want.
