Title: pure-ducati.com

Has anybody used these guys to order items before?

I submitted an order well over a month ago for a tank cover & bag, but the order status hasn't changed and I can't get any information from the guys working there. All my emails go unanswered. Is this typical for them, or strange? It looks like a fairly professional set up, so I thought I'd be safe ordering online?  [thumbsdown]

Have you tried calling them?  I just went to the site and the phone number is on there.

I had a similar experience with them on a helmet I tried to buy from them. Waited a loooong time. Finally I gave up and called them for a refund.

My ex ordered me a track jacket from their for christmas, after christmas they told her that it was no longer available.  So they said they would just send a gift card, fast-forward to feb. and still nothing so she emailed george from their and he just sent her an acces code so i could order what i want.  so for my birthday which is at the begining of march i ordered two shirts since they dont have much of a selection, i got the shirts and they fit awesome but it was May by the time they arrived.  then i washed them and now my little sister has two really nice ducati shirts (i do know how to do laundry).  I wouldnt even waste my time looking at their site, horrible customer service and crap quality at best product.  id hate to see what their return policy is like.
