You're lucky the recently started production again after a long while off. Looks like some bits have been changed.

I see now that those were the CycleCat clip-ons which were for the S4 if I remember correctly. I don't recall Cycle Cat ever making adjuster knobs, but I could be wrong. The triples look bare with out the adjusters. I emailed cycleworks and shall see what they say.
