Title: Motodynamic Warranty - very impressed! Post by: djrashonal on October 20, 2011, 12:26:56 PM So i bought the smoked version of the motodynamic taillight about a year and a half ago, threw it on my bike and it looked great. about 3 months ago the leds started going wonky and finally it just plain stopped working. I emailed motodynamic asking if they would be willing to sell me one cheaper since i already bought one and this one died with normal usage.
Harry (the rep I talked to) said that since I was a forum member that he'd be able to swap it out for me and all I had to do was pay shipping. Though it's not a normal occurrence, or their policy, I thought it was downright decent of them to cover it and out right replace it! Not to mention, they sent me the newer, improved model with the downward shining white LEDs for the license plate. Great Job Motodynamic, you've earned a repeat customer! |
