I need to do some simple surveillance. All I need is one or two cameras that are battery powered and can record to a memory card or flash drive. I need something I can set somewhere, let it record and pick it up later and go through the memory/video.
Something like a game camera, but small is the idea as long as it takes video rather than just stills. I could make use of stills, but they're not as good as video would be.
Motion activated is fine, but not necessary as long as it has decent battery life.
I don't need them to connect to anything wireless or anything fancy like that. I kept finding $300+ systems that record to DVR or to a PC through a wireless router. I don't need anything that high tech.
Surely someone on here knows of something useful
Thanks!

Thanks! That's about what I'm looking for. Maybe it will come back in stock soon.

One of my customers has a deer camera that transmits to an antennae on his roof. It emails him pics and videos from a couple hundred feet away of his hunting cabin. When he is home a few hundred miles away he can see any game that walks by. I'll see if I can get what it is called.
