Maybe the same as yours....
It doesn't has to go anywhere, but when I emailed and asked the manufacturer they said position 2 based on the photo below. I have never had that problem, so I don't know. Maybe you could check, take apart, clean, blow the vent hole in the lock assembly itself? (above hole 2) |
