You can buy the *bling* Ducati tool.

Or fab/have fabbed something like this:

Regular combination wrench with some judicious grinding of the box end, plus socket welded on.

Keep it at 90 degrees to your torque wrench, and you're all good.

90° ? Wouldn't it be parallel?

i can't envision how this works.

Yes, at 90 degrees, so you don't have to recalculate torque settings.

I don't see it.
Wouldn't you have to calculate and factor in the distance feom the pivot point to the bolt

I'm too lazy to do the math and couldn't anyway since I don't know the length of Speeddog's tourque wrench, but at 90o the difference in leverage becomes rather minimal.  There is not much of an angle if you eyeball the triangle from where the torque wrench fits into the adapter, the head bolt and the handle on the torque wrench.  Besides, one can assume if Speeddog finds this method is acceptable without calculation it more than is.

If you want to be more accurate, this is the formula for an extension with a calculator:

of course 90 deg to the wrench. not sure why that didnt click. How about gaskets? do i need them? squish is good with out them.
