Just relocated to Pasadena last week (only came from Costa Mesa). Any Ducs out here? How is the service at Pro Italia?

When I lived in LA, service from PI was always good, sometimes delayed due to volume.
Might also want to consider Valley Ducati Service (also a board sponsor).
Late to the party but IIRC, there's a guy that owns an Italian restaurant in Duarte or Monrovia, I can't remember, that rides a duc. There's also a guy with a red m900 that lives near Baldwin across from the Santa Anita mall.
If you just need parts, you can often get them cheaper from Ducati Seattle and have them mail it to you. PI parts prices are generally on the high side when I do price searches but the have on the largest volumes of parts so if you need it right now, they are the most likely to have it.
Oh, there's also a bike night at AU79 in Arcadia on the 3rd Thursday each month if you want to meet some duc owners out in that area. Lots of SCAR guys come out and it's mostly Asians but there's a good number of duc riders.
Thanks for the info, I agree about PI, what I've seen so far is that they are high priced. I'll check out Ducati Seattle.
I have used Ducati Of Omaha for parts, plus they list all manuals and parts fiches.

I am a new member from Pasadena. I'm picking up an '07 Monster next weekend and be dropping it off at Valley Desmo (I guess it's also known as Valley Ducati Service) right away to get it serviced.
I look forward to meet and riding with some of the Southern California folks.

Not sure how you found Valley Desmo but Nick is a top notch guy!!
Your bike is gonna be like brand new when he's done with it. [thumbsup] [Dolph]

I actually found him on Yelp. I gave him a call on the way home from putting down the deposit on my soon to be bike and he was nothing but helpful. Looking forward to meeting him and having him work on my bike. [thumbsup]
