They are exposed to weather and they rust since the ones that were put on are not stainless steel.

Any GOOD hardware store should have both alu and SS. Look in the Yellow pages under Machine Tool supplies. THAT kind of hardware store as opposed to HD, Lowes or Ace. Title: Re: Fuel tank bolts?
