We've got lots of ideas for you, just help us narrow it down! 8) Night of 4 of July - get to the East River to watch the fireworks. There are some bleacher areas, and lots of riverside parks, and of course the South Street Seaport is a good spot, but hopefully someone can link or Google the fireworks. I think Macy's sponsors it. That is a fine event. Title: Re: Fellow Ducati rider visiting NYC.... I'm a down town guy, so I would suggest spending some time in the East Village. Go walk around St. Mark's place at night. Worth getting a dog here: http://nymag.com/listings/restaurant/crif-dogs/ Believe it or not, the city tends to be pretty quiet during the 4th as many people leave town.
