Title: rizoma bar risers

Hi guys
Today i tried to install the rizoma conical bars and 60mm risers on my m696 but the throttle cable seems to be to short and when i turn the  handlebars to the left the throttle opens do i need to get a new cable or is there a way adjust it any help would be really appreciated.

I not only had the same problem using bar risers, but found that all the wiring and hydraulic lines were also tight.
Additionally, the controls on the handlebar were suddenly hitting the fuel tank cover so I had to adjust the turning stops inward, which decreased my steering radius.
A lot of compromises and I am getting by.

thnks for the reply thinking of sending back the 60mm and getting the 42mm how did you solve the throttle cable issue?

Checked the  cable routing and tie straps for maximum movement and moved the throttle twist grip in very slightly.  Did same for lines and wires on both sides and moved in the left side control slightly.  I cut the 'pips' off of the controls that index them on the bar so they can now rotate for max clearance against the tank cover.
