There are a few 5K and 10K charity runs coming up. I'm not much of a competitor. I just like the meditative quality that I've found during a long run. I wouldn't trade that for much.

Was selected for the Tokyo Marathon this year but had to withdraw due to my recent issue. Hardware from my last surgery in 2007 got infected and had to be removed.
