Title: Does anyone know if an EVO header will fit on a 2009/10 1100 engine? Post by: xplodee on February 01, 2012, 08:17:16 PM I am kind of in love with the Remus can for the 1100 EVO, does anyone know if I could buy the EVO headers to get this can to fit on an '09 1100?

I wanted to do a similar thing but was told buy a tech (i believe at Motowheels) the header on the EVO won't swap with out some work. I only remember something along the lines of a very slight deviation...? I wanted to mod it but was persuaded not to. The 09 monster has a mounting point for the rear header right behind the right foot, that may be the type of thing that differs. I haven't looked at the EVO much though.

I was also told by my dealership that the EVO headers are the primary reason for the 5hp increase on the EVO versus the '09/10 models.
