I'm looking to put an exhaust on my 1100 EVO asap.  Should I spend the money for the termi or should I go with the leo vince?  Or something else?  I want a good sound and hopefully can add some power.  This is my first Duc so any help would be appreciated.

Also, where can I get bar end mirrors and carbon fiber?

The spend will always depend on what you want to invest in your bike.
Termi's are often more expensive (In Oz anyway) than other after market brands. They do generally have a better sound but personally I have never been a fan of them.
Leo's have also always sounded great, I guess you also have to consider build and style.

When it comes to anything for you bike your best place to start is with the board sponsors that you can see down the left side of the page. You'll often find discounts for being a DMF-er
You'll find Carbon and bar end mirrors from many of them.

For exhausts
I think going for the look you want at this point is 1st priority.
The termi 'kit' comes with a low restriction intake cover, filter, ecu and cans.
All that can be put together for about the same or less with some diligent work.
so, getting the right look for you is 1st.
If you get the termis you're pretty much done.
if not, you can get a reflash to the Ducati Performance map, buy filter setup some of which already come with low restriction intake setup or get a BMC or K&N and cut open your filter cover like the DP cover.
it just depends on your tastes and desire to 'perfect' your setup.

also, you can still reflash, get rid of the closed loop portion, add a power commander V and further tune on either setup.

for the mirrors
I feel you, seeing behind and not your elbows is important

for carbon
looks or lightening for performance?
for looks, lots of options.
for performance, there are other places to spend your money like wheels or other rotating mass places.

I say wait a bit.  I've emailed a bunch of vendors and a lot of kits for the Evo are scheduled to come out this spring.  If you wait you'll have much more to choose from than the few that are out now.

Its true what Narflar said. I personally would not spend the money on a termi. Expensive and "everybody" has it. I personally have the leo vince and i love it.

leo vince is a top choice of mine.  Looks and sound are very important, but I also want to get some power gains.....as little as it may be.

When it comes to slip-ons, it seems that there are very few differences between the brands other than slight sound differences and looks. Go for the one that you like looks wise, and that is the one you will be happiest with.... There are very minimal performance differences, and it seems that they all sound pretty darn close... Unless you have several side by side comparing exhaust notes, you wont hear much difference with youtube clips...

My favorite evo exhaust that I have seen so far is the high mount made by FF by Fresco in the Official 696/796/1100 Exhaust sticky

The Leo actually looks alot better in person than in the pictures that The Leo page has. Another exhaust i really liked was the sparks top mounts. But then again; why have an evo, which is different (exhaust positioning) and make it look like every other monster out there. Good luck

I actually really like the looks of the stock and the termis, but that's alot of money to spend.  I was looking today and saw the Remus exhaust....anyone know anything about Remus or that exhaust?

Morning, I have the SC Project carbon tipped slip-ons on my 2009 m1100 and love the look and sound of these. Posted to OZ they work out around $1K which is considerably cheaper then the equivalent termi's. A mate with a S4R with the full termi kit including the removal of the cat converter and ecu swap prefers the sound of the SC Projects on mine. This could also be the difference of the 2 valve versus 4 but hey......!
