For example, for the Poconos this Sunday, while the chance of t-storms has stayed at 60%, the "hour by hour" forcast has those t-storms in the morning, nothing until 1pm, and at that point they're tapped out. This contrasts with the Tstorm all day forcast they've been going with. Saturday in the NY area looks to be a washout...
