Title: Isle of Man TT Post by: tilt on February 23, 2012, 05:32:50 PM I was just sitting back and watching closer to the edge again. So as I am watching it i was wondering if there was a race like this stateside, if not where do you think some of the best possible places in the US would be?

no way you could get anyone to start one these days, if the IOM hadn't started so early in motorcycle history it wouldn't be done today. The few of them that were FIM championship races in days of yore aren't any longer (due to the obvious safety concerns), and they probably wouldn't be run at all if someone tried to start them now. |
