I am trying to connect exhaust can to header ...its about 4'' section (mini "S") shape.
While searching online came across exhaust "flex pipe".
Is it any good...worth using? [roll]
It would probably work but how good is that going to look?

Looked damm good on those 1930s Mercs, Auburns, Cords etc. :-)
It will work but as Heath suggests it does tend to look like a redneck repair.
It's a bit thicker than steel tube and doesn't squash down easily with clamps.
Make sure the size you get is a snug fit on the pipes.
Might look interesting but how's about the weight
difference from conventional pipe?

The flex piece will only be about 4'' long...so I don't think there will much diff.
Take the bike to a muffler shop and have them make one out of stainless for you. They can bend it and flare it to fit, and if you want it permanently attached to one (the header or the muffler), they will weld it for you. Shouldn't cost much, either. I have a buddy who keeps playing around with different cans and has done this a few times for his TL1000S...and all the set-ups looked good, too.
stainless steel flex pipe is available
when polished it looks great!
these would be unique, too ..........
